Ingradients for chhola thalepit
1]Chhola 500 gm
2] Wheat flour 1 bowl
3] Dhaniya 2 tablespoon
4] Cumin 2 tablespoon
5] Garlic 7 to 8 flakes
6] Ajawain 2 tablespoon
7]Chilly powder 2 tablespoon
8] Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
9] Coriander 1 Bowl
10] Green Chilly 7 to 8
11]Oil 1/2 bowl
PROCEDURE : Soak the Chhola’s for 2 days. Grind it in the mixture. Keep it as it is in the fridge for 1 day. Next day again grind it by adding all above gradients with adding the small amount of water. Make it as like paste, add one bowl of wheat flour in it. Mix it properly.
Now keep tawa or pan on the gas. Spread oil on the Tawa.Now make Thalepit on the hand and keep it on the pan. Cover this pan with another grid. Shake it to become red color.

Serve it with Dahi Chutney or Mango pickle. Give some Mango juice and some green fry chilly with it. It gives the different taste.
Fasting Thalepit Of Varai With Cooked cucumber

INGREDIENTS
Baked vari flour 500 gm
cucumber 4 to 5 middle size
green chilly 6 to 7
skutt 3 tbsp
cumin powder 2 tbsp
salt 2 tbsp
soaked shabudana 1 bowl
groundnut oil 1/2 bowl
green chilly: 4 to 5
PROCEDURE : Wash the cucumber with clean water.
Cut it into small pieces .
: Keep it in the cooker to cook .
: Take 2 to 3 whistles and off the gas .
: Now take the varai flour into the big thali .
: Grind the soaked shabudana and add it to the varai flour .
: Make the paste of green chilly, skutt and salt , add it to the varai flour.
: Now grind the cooked cucumber into the mixture to make a good paste .
: Add it to the varai flour .
: Now knead all flour completely .
: Keep tawa on the gas , spread some oil to it ,
: Make thalepit on it and spread some oil on it.
:keep lid on it to get the steam completely
: Well prepared Thalepits are ready to eat.
