Ingredients for it :

Varai Rava : 250 GM,

Peanut powder: 250gm,

Oil or ghee / 2 tbsp

cumin seeds,: 1 tbsp.

Red chilly powder: 1tbsp,

salt : 1 tbsp.,

sugar : 2tbsp,

Thick Curd: 100ml

Method To Make it :

Bake the Varai flour khaman till smell will come.

(2) Now keep pot on the gas, add all ingredients into it one by one. [3]Keep it to boil. Now add baked Rava to it.

Stir it well and keep it to get steam.

Serve it with cucumber.

Today I have fresh apples at home and thought to make cake. Didn’t know can it will make delicious. But, it become so beautiful. Let’s check here how I have made it? Still ,today I decided to be make 🍎 🎂 first time I am making without egg and oven. I have only some milk cream and thick curd and lemon juice everything I have used and in that , I have a lot of work , to make it has no time but still I have made it faster so that it has been made so nice. I have made it faster so that it has complete loving taste.

Ingredients to make it :

grated Apple 1,

sugar 50 gram ,

milk cream 20 gram,

thick curd :20 gram ,

cinnamon : 1 tbsp.

baking powder: 1/2tbsp,

Bicarbonate of soda : 1/2 tbsp.

cardamom powder: 1 tbsp.

Method To Make It : (1) Just take the fresh 🍎, remove it’s peel, grate it and keep aside.

(2) Take milk cream, curd, sugar, ghee in one container to husk it.

(3) Husk it for 10minutes. Add cinnamon powder and cardamom powder to it.

(4) Add grated 🍎, wheat flour ,milk to it. Husk it again and Now keep it to set for 30 minutes .

(5) Keep the cooker to preheat for 10 minutes by adding 100 GM salt to it.

(6) Pour all this batter in other cooker tiffin by applying ghee to it.

(7) Now keep this tiffin in the cooker. Remove whistle of cooker.

Good morning friends, have a 😋 day. Nowadays we are losing taste due to humid atmosphere. We didn’t want to eat, we are losing apeti. Getting bored by eating same food. So, I decided to make 🤔 chutney recipe .Let’s make something more 😋 and 😋 so that didn’t need to eat anything with it.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT:

Green chilli : 100gm

Gram nuts : 20gm

, Cucumber : 1 middle size,

salt: 1tbsp,

sugar:2tbsp,

Hing : 1teas,

cumin seeds :1 tbsp,

oil: 1tbsp,

water: 2tbsp.

Method To Make It : (1) Take green chili, cucumber, gram nut ready. (2) Wash the cucumber and green chili with clean 💧. (3)Make it’s pieces and keep aside. (4) Keep the pan on the gas, Pour oil to it, add cucumber pieces and green chili pieces to it.(5) Stir fry it and spread 💧 on it. Now keep lid on it. Give it nice steam.(6) Add remaining ingredients to it and after cooling grind it in the mixture.

📝 : This chutney can be useful for 8 to 10 dishes.

Instructions To Make It: Bake the Rava with ghee till gray color come along with delicious smell spreads everywhere.

Now put off the gas. Add cardamom powder, dry fruit powder, sugar to it and stir it well.

Before making halwa prepare hot water to add it and keep aside.

Now keep it on the gas and add hot water to it. Add saffron and stir it well.

Your well-prepared halwa is ready to serve.

Tasty Masala Papad Recipe – Delicious.

This is a well known short side dish. Every dinner and meal must fulfil with it. I didn’t know why did in every hotel first provide this Papad. Really in 2 hotels I ate it and drank soups my dinner was finished. Some people have the diet so less and due to less diet, they are always active physically and mentally. Then I have a question here if I will fulfil with it, then what remains to eat behind?.

In our childhood, my mother was calling to the neighbour ladies to make these Papads. All the ladies are sitting round to make it. Chitchatting, singing a song, devotee song, telling jokes and making Papad for all families not for our family. Really, we enjoyed these days.There was no any profession. Not any type of business only enjoying life by interacting with neighbors and family members. Everyone was telling their problems and becoming free from tension.No, any tension, pressure, ego, hurt etc.Only there was a flowing of love and this event makes item fantastic.It has a delicious taste. Everyone filled fulfill. As the item was full of big containers.

We have paid money, then there is a thinking that, if we will decide to give a taste of it to the neighbors we first say that ”Oh my God, I have paid this much money for it, why did I will give to them? Then we are making masala puppet at home for only our family members and eating  . There is no sharing, no caring, no love, no chitchatting, no exchange of thoughts, etc. Keep everything in mind. Don’t tell your problems to anyone as it will increase and actually it is increasing because everyone is taking benefit of our situation. Or the person who is open-minded and free has very difficult to lead a life in these days.This story is not for the only Papad but for everything. Now to get happiness [real] we have to watch ”TARAK MEHTA KA ULTA CHASMA ” and then we are laughing. Where has been lost, our original life like ”TARAK MEHTA KA ULTA CHASMA” a TV Serial? Why did we want to watch this serial every time.? Do you feel we are losing something in our life.?

Apple Kheer Recipe -Sweet

Making Kheer is my passion , of them if we have fasting I am searching to make new type of desserts which can run for fast. Yesterday we have Tuesday fasting means nothing to eat . No salt should have to taste. Only eat fasting sweets and fruit juices or fruits.

Then I have orange juice at 3 .00 PM .Still feeling very anxious then I have searched which fruits we have .I got apples and I decided to make apple Kheer.

Generally so many people are keeping fast and eating Poha, Upma, or so many breakfast food and telling to the kids we have fasting . When younger son was in the 3 RD class he was telling me every Saturday . Aai today I want to catch Saturday, Ok , but,why ? I am asking him . Then he told our elder uncle is keeping fasting and eating everything . Then I am also want to keep fast.

In India how did people will treat to spirituality didn’t know. I think 75% people didn’t know what is mean by spirituality? Why did we have to keep fasting,? What is the reason behind keeping fast or to celebrate any ritual or festival?

Any way we will discuss these points in other post.

PROCEDURE TO MAKE IT :

Take 1 apple .Wash it with clean water.

: Cut it into square shapes and fry it in the ghee.

: Stir fry it till red color appears and keep it to cool .

: Now take all another ingredients into the small

thali .

: Make small pieces of almond, cashew nuts.

: Keep the milk to boil , add sugar to it. Keep it for a while to become cool .

After a while add all ingredients to it, that is fried apple, cardamon powder, pieces of dry fruits, , etc .Serve it as it is.

Mango 1  small

cold water  1 glass

cumin powder  1 teas

salt    1 pinch

jaggary   2 tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR IT  :  Boil the mango to become smooth, before making juice 

: Break it easily, remove its peel , seed and keep aside in a                                                              dish 

:  Meanwhile, keep jaggary to dissolve in another small pot.

: Now take out the inner part of mango with spoon                                                              or remove gar from seed.

: Crush this jaggary  in a water, with hand or wire gauze .

: Add a pinch of salt , cumin powder to it  stir it well.

:Now add this mixture into the jaggery solution or mix both                                                  solution well in another container.

: Serve it in the another glass.

In our area when any person came from the hot sun, we give them the first stone of jaggery with water so that any side effect didn’t should happen to his body and he should feel relax feeling after coming from the hot sun.No any fear of stroke.

Carrot 3 big size [well chopped]

Fenugreek leaves 2 bowls well chopped

coriander leaves 2 tbsp

gram dal pieces 1 bowl [soaked ]

Oil 1/4 bowl [small]

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

cumin powder 1 tbsp

garlic paste 1/2 tbsp

garam masala 1 , 1/2 tbsp

chilly powder 1 tbsp

turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

salt 2 tbsp

water [hot] As your convenience but to cook the dal must need 3 bowl water.

PROCEDURE FOR IT. : Take the washed carrots , cut it in to small pieces and keep aside.

Cut the Methi and keep aside .

Keep the GramDal tukada to soak half an hour before making subji .

Chop the coriander and mix it in the Methi leaves .

: Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it , add mustard seeds and wait to splutter.

Now slowly add pieces of chopped carrot and Methi leaves and stir it well.

Now add soaked Gram tukada dal to it , add garam masala, chilly powder, salt to it.

Stir it well , add hot water to cook the dal well .

Keep the lid on it to get the nice steam .

Now put off the gas your well prepared Carrot , Methi Subji is ready to serve .

Serve it with chapati or Roti , it gives good taste with Jowar Roti.

mango pieces   1/2 bowl [small]

Jaggary  2 bowls

Oil     1/4 bowl

chilly powder    2 tbsp

pieces of chilly[red]   4 to 5

cumin seeds 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds  1 tbsp

Hing     1 pinch

turmeric powder 1 teas

salt    as your convenience

coriander   2 tbsp [well chopped ]

PROCEDURE FOR IT :  Keep the dal to cook in a small cooker along with turmeric  powder  1 teas oil ,  add some Fenugreek seeds to it.  

                  :   Take 2 to 3 whistles of it &put off the gas . 

                           : Add 2 glass hot water to it . 

                                   : Stir it well , add salt to it . 

  •     ;  keep the pan on the gas, Pour oil to it , add cumin                              seeds,   mustard seeds  and wait to splutter it . 

            :Now add  curry leaves, chilly [red chilly pieces] , red chilly                             powder   , pinch of hing etc .       

              ;  Pour slowly liquid Dal to it . Now add jaggary , coriander to it. 

                      : Boil it for a while.     

INSTRUCTION : Don’t boil more time this Dal. This will reduce the taste of Dal.
