Yesterday we have a holiday of happy new year and kids are getting bored to eat regular food. Crying, shouting, making noise. Then I decided to give them fruits but still, they are crying and throwing all fruits everywhere. Now, I am getting angry with them. However, my sisters’ granddaughter is very talented she understood my expressions and run away near to cupboard and called me to show ”PASTA’ pockets in the cupboard.  Saying me, make this pasta for us.I  was in the confused state as I didn’t know how to make PASTA? Then I saw tips how to make PASTA ? on the pocket it is from ”NESTLE ”  and start to make it.

METHOD TO MAKE : Soak the dal for one hour in the water.

: Remove it from the water and keep it to cook in the cooker.

: Take 1 or 2 whistles and keep it in the bowl after cooking .

: Now keep all ingredients ready to make it .

: Keep pan on the gas. Pour oil to it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and wait to splutter it.

Add curry leaves, pinch of hing, peanut and fry it slowly.

Now add slowly cooked gram Dal to it, add remaining ingredients one by one. Let’s see how to add it.

Stir it well. And keep it for 2 minutes to get the steam.

Serve it with any fruit or tomato, cucumber , etc .

If there are left subji’s of afternoon I am making khichadi [khaman] of it at night .Adding some fresh vegetables, Masala’s and whatever may be left of afternoon food adding to it .That is it may be Pithala, any subji, etc New Khichadi become very very tasty and we didn’t feel that it is a stale or left over food.

We have nice chapati’s which I have made last night , today I have decided to make it’s excellent POHA .

Ingredients for it

Left over Roti’s Whatever you have left or 6

peanut 50 gm

gram nut 1/2 bowl

green chilly 7 to 8

lemon 1 or 2

salt 2 tbsp

sugar for taste 1 tbsp

garam masala 1 tbsp

red chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

turmeric powder 1 teas

cumin powder 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

curry leaves 4 to 5

oil 10 ml

hing 1 pinch


Take the left over chapatis

Make pieces of it and grind it in the mixture as like Poha

Add garam masala, salt, chilly powder, sugar, lemon juice to it .

Mix it well.

Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.

Now add green chilly, onion, tomatoes , peanut and saute it well.

Add slowly all roti Poha’s to it. Stir it well and keep lid on it to get steam .

Keep it for 2 to 3 minutes to get steam

Now serve it with coriander.

Hi friends, there is contest running in the Go To Chef and they need fresh , short monsoon recipe. Now I have a question that how to make monsoon recipe instant ? We know that we have to run with time .Today time is our closer relatives .If we will not love him properly our life is getting disturb. So sometime we need to keep our real relatives away from us. We feel bad but, everything is useless. As time is the winner in this period. He is always giving us challenging life if we will not in his control. I thought just we will try to make cookies without oven . Then I have searched ingredients in my home .I got all ingredients easily . I think that strong willing power can complete our pure wish . So i decided to make it without oven as it is my strong wish .

Ingredients for it

Chikoo : 3 small size

wheat flour: 1 cup

baking powder:1/2 tbsp

baking soda :1/2 tbsp

sugar powder :50 gm

ghee for whisking -2 tbsp

milk to knead : 1 tbsp

Method for it : Keep the pan on the gas . Add salt to it. And keep it to preheat for 10 minutes before making it.

Take the Chikoo fruits , remove its peel and keep aside.

Now take the ghee, sugar in the bowl to whisk and whisk it continuously for 3 minutes

Now add the Chikoo’s and crush it with wire guaze . Again whisk it with wire guaze.

Now add wheat flour to it and knead it with 1 tbsp of milk .

Knead it completely to become smooth. and shiny.

Now make its small cookies and keep it in the small bowls .

Keep the cookies bowls in to the pan for 20 minutes with tight lid .

After 20 minutes well prepared cookies were ready to eat.

Take Varai [cooked] cool. Keep the cream milk to boil.

Add suagr, Cashew nuts powder, Almond powder, etc

Now add cooled Varai into the hot boiled milk.

for the God. Then what can I made instantly?So now I decided to make

cashew nut, almond powder : 1 tbsp

Add poppy seeds, powder of cashew nut, almond ro it.

Take 1 Guava. Wash it with clean water.

Cut it in to small pieces. As you wish .

Hi friends, we know that In Maharashtra , generally in the morning we are making quickly Upma or Poha for breakfast. As we are getting perfect to make it , since so many days I want to make some change in Upma’s style. As every time by eating same Upma we are getting bored need some change in it. So I decided to make a new type of Upma .Which e was making my aunty in my childhood . She is keeping fast as a Saturday and making this type of Upma at night to eat it. At that time I couldn’t understand meaning of fasting but now, when I am remembering all these events myself I am laughing every time . Thinking that if my uncle

is bringing a lot of grocery for the fasting still why did she was making this type of recipe ? Anyway she is making in the following way but I have made slight change in it .

Wheat flour : 500 gm

paste of garlic, greenchilly, ginger, corriander : 1/2 bowl 50 gm

salt : 2 tbsp

buttermilk : 250 mil

oil : 50 ml

hing : 1teas

peanut : 20 gm

turmeric powder : 1 teas

lemon juice : 1 tbsp

sugar to taste : 1 tbsp

coriander : 2 tbsp

cumin powder : 1 tbsp

mustard seeds : 1 tbsp

Recipe to make it : Take the wheat flour in the big pan , start to bake it with medium gas.

: Bake it continuously till red color appears . Spread of khaman smell comes outside.

Now keep another pan on the gas pour oil to it , add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, paste of all ingredients , peanuts, etc . Wait to splutter it and fry it well. Add turmeric powder to it.

Slowly add buttermilk to it , add salt and sugar to it , wait to boil it

After boiling slowly pour baked wheat flour to it. Now slowly stir it continuously.

Keep the lid on it . Serve it with coriander and mango pickle or chilly pickle.

NOTE FOR IT : While making this recipe baking is the best skill .

: Proportion of buttermilk must be correct otherwise recipe can get spoil.

                                     :  Add  Pudina leaves, 2 tbsp Sea same, green chilly, honey, tomato sauce , etc. –

:  Add cumin powder, salt, chat power, honey, tomato sauce , sugar to it. Mix it well.

: Spread  coriander on it and serve it . .

Pudina  1 tbsp

Coriander 1 tbsp

Chat masala 1tbsp

Soya sauce  2 tbsp

Black peeper 4 to 5

Cut the water melon into small pieces and keep aside.

 Add pieces of tomatoes to it. Add salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, sugar, honey, soya sauce, ajawine, lemon juice, chopped Pudina to it. Mix it well.

Now keep the small pan on the gas, pour olive oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seed , black peeper to it .

Pour it in the salad. Spread  chopped coriander on it . It gives taste of Koshimbir. Serve it in the dinner or meal. It can give nice taste .

These are the most welcome salads for the  dinner or meal. It can make in the any celebration.

But today why did there is entry of business everywhere? A lot of families are running on business principle.

When our grandparents was there at that time we know that so many stories were there .The elder brother has done the education of all sisters and brothers if he didn’t have much more money , or he has done marriage of her cousins sister. A elder sister has kept younger sisters in her home for their education etc .Where has lost these relationship? Who is responsible for it? Nowadays we are getting more payments and money also then why this problem came? Instead when there was less at that time man has more value .If any guest is coming at our home we are waiting for him eagerly. Where has we have lost this eagerness and enthusiasm? Now we have everything in hand where has lost our value. Why did man’s value becoming less in this corporate world? Why did no one is asking to noone?

I think that when we are started to count value of man in money from that time this problems start.As man is valuable we can’t make it’s value in dollars or Rupees .But why did today people is not understanding these things? The person is a powerful energy than more dollars . Who is earning money Person or Dollar? Today another person has problem tomorrow it would be my problem this must be notice to everyone. So that system will run better otherwise there will be very long gap in the society and this is very harmful to everyone.

This is very serious matter , here I didn’t want to explain that money is a bad thing but somewhere we are missing somethings.
