A new type salad of Cucumber- Blogchatter a to z

Hi friends, we are very eager to eat salads. There are plenty of methods to make salad. But we need delicious one. As in this Lock down so many are losing taste due to fear. Didn’t have taste to any food. So I decided to make something new and started to making this salad. Let us check its recipe.

Ingredients for it. Fresh green cucumber: 2 of middle size.

Peanut powder: 20 gm,

Thick cream Dahi : 1/2 bowl,

salt: 1/2 teas ,

sugar: 1 tbsp,

red chilly powder:1/2 tbsp. Direction to make it : Take 2 middle size fresh cucumber.

Wash it clean .

Cut it into small pieces.

Now add ūü•ú powder, chilly powder, salt, sugar, cumin powder, etc.

Stir it well. Serve it with Chapati, rice, etc.

Cucumber is the  well known detox food. It  can supplies plenty of minerals Vitamins to us. If  you want to keep your body hydrated then you must have to be use Cucumber. As it can supply a lot of energy for whole day. Cucumber contains A  Vitamin   in the more proportion so it is very good for eyes. It can helps to increase eye vision as well as gives cool feeling to the eyes.

If you have irritations with your eyes then, definitely cucumber will work better for it. Keep round slices of cucumber on the eyes  for 10 minutes  while lying. It can accept all heat produced by the body. Gives  complete cold feelings to your eyes.

Pudina   is good for cough and cold . It can help to work on viral infection. So better to use it in everyday  salad.

 Cucumber- 300gm

Leaves of Pudina /1 cup

 Seasame- 2tbsp

Green chilly  1 chopped

Salt ¬Ĺ teas

Lemon juice1/2 teas

Honey- 1tbsp

Tomato sauce-2tbsp

Cumin powder-1tbsp


PROCEDURE FOR IT :  Take  the green fresh cucumber, wash it with clean water.

                                       : If cucumber is big in size remove its peel , as it will create pain in the stomach.

                                     : Cut the  cucumber into small pieces and keep aside.

                                     :  Add  Pudina leaves, 2 tbsp Sea same, green chilly, honey, tomato sauce , etc. –

                                       :  Apply chopped coriander on it.

                                     : Mix it well  and serve it.

 Mango 50 gm

Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

Cumin powder 1tbsp

Ajawine ¬Ĺ teas

Salt 1 tbsp 

Honey 1 tbsp

Chat masala  1 tbsp

Chilly powder ¬Ĺ tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR IT :  Wash  the cucumber with clean water.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces and keep a side.

Cut   the mango pieces and keep a side.

:  Mix these pieces into  a  big container .

:  Add cumin powder, salt, chat power, honey, tomato sauce , sugar to it. Mix it well.

: Spread  coriander on it and serve it . .

3]  WATERMELON  and   TOMATO    

Watermelon contains 95% water . It  can work to keep body hydrated. Makes digestion easy. Keeps blood circulation  normal. Which can maintain blood pressure.It also contains  Vitamin A and C in more proportion. Which is  good  for the health.

How to make this salad?

Ingredients for it

Watermelon 250 gm

Tomato 2 well chopped

Cumin powder 1tbsp

Olive oil 1 tbsp

Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds 1 tbsp

Salt  1tbsp

Lemon juice 1tbsp

Pudina  1 tbsp

Coriander 1 tbsp

Chat masala 1tbsp

Soya sauce  2 tbsp

Chilly powder 1 tbsp

Sugar1 tbsp

Black peeper 4 to 5

Cut the water melon into small pieces and keep aside.

 Add pieces of tomatoes to it. Add salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, sugar, honey, soya sauce, ajawine, lemon juice, chopped Pudina to it. Mix it well.

Now keep the small pan on the gas, pour olive oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seed , black peeper to it .

Pour it in the salad. Spread  chopped coriander on it . It gives taste of Koshimbir. Serve it in the dinner or meal. It can give nice taste .

These are the most welcome salads for the  dinner or meal. It can make in the any celebration.

This food if we are not ate with rule’s of nature it can create poison in our life. Our mind also getting disturbered with it ,to keep our mind fresh and clean we must have to eat fresh organic food¬† . Nature is a big source of food but we must have the knowledge that how to get food from the nature? How much effort have to be do to cultivate the food? etc The person who is getting ready made food¬† not thinking about more as he had given so much amount to the food . But some things are so valuable that we can’t make value of it any cost .It may be food or person or tree. But when we have converted it into profession it makes difference in our life and that food become sometime poison. So we must have to keep respect of food in the form of Thanks giving day. We must have to cultivate some vegetables or fruits in our garden. But, when we need the food in more proportion then we have to support to the farmers who are working in the field. We must have to take care of their life , along with their family members. As we know that what nature is giving to us that we can’t give back to the nature. So every time we have to run our life with the great gratitude towards nature. Thanks to the person who has invented this day for the food . As we didn’t give back to the nature what he gives us?So always we must have to carry good intention behind any karma with nature.

These days are with full of cucumber. On my father’s farm, a lot of cucumbers are there.One cucumber at least weighs 2 kg . Green, fresh with a good organic taste.If we are thirsty in the field and ate 1 cucumber our stomach is fulfilled. We are making 100’s of recipes from this cucumber, fasting recipes, salad recipes, Koshimbiri’s, chapati’s, etc.

When we have full of rain automatically cucumber grows in the field. Last year in my garden automatically 1 creeper of cucumber came and at least it has grown 50 cucumbers. Really I became very happy when I am getting  1 or more cucumbers. It gives  tremendous happiness to us as it was grown automatically. It has so many benefits.

It is rich in vitamin [A]  so it is good for eyes sight. As well as its fibers increase the capacity of digestion.

Sometimes it grows more in proportion and our farmers are giving it to the animals like cow, buffalo, ox etc As they are working in the farm.

Skutt  2 tbsp

homemade Metkut 1 tbsp

salt 1 tbsp or as your convenience

chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

sugar 1 tbsp

Dahi 1 big round spoon

cumin powder 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

cumin’s 1 tbsp

oil 2 tbsp

Hing 1 pinch

green chilly pieces 2 Chillies

PROCEDURE  FOR IT  : Wash the cucumber with fresh water and keep aside

:  Make the pieces of it and keep aside.

: Take all ingredients in a dish that is  Skutt, homemade metkut, sugar, salt, chilly powder, cumin powder etc .

:  Take thick Dahi in a bowl.

:  Now take another pot and pour the pieces of cucumber to it .

:  Add all ingredients sugar, Skutt, homemade metkut, chilly                                                           powder, cumin powder, salt to it .

: Pour Dahi to it.

:  Stir it well.

; Now keep the small pan on the gas, pour oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and splutter it well. Add a pinch of hing to it. Stir it well.

We can eat it with chapati or rice it tastes very well.You never have been tested before it.

Who will eat it? But I must have to make it, as yesterday I have made preparation for it . Anyway, let us we shall see how I made this most important salad.

sweet corn : 1 big bowl [cooked ]

tomato  1 [chopped ]

carrot   1    [chopped ]

green cucumber : 1/2 chopped

mutter   1/2 bowl

Manchurian masala :   1/2 tbsp

suhana masala   tbsp

salt   1 tbsp

sugar  1 tbsp

PROCEDURE :   :  Remove the sweet corn from fruit.

:  Keep it to cook in a cooker and take 2 to 3 whistles.

: Now chop all vegetables one by one and keep aside

: Keep all vegetables  ready that is chopped  tomatoes, chopped                                               carrots,  chopped cucumber, capsicum, mutter  ready
