When we are able to avoid unnecessary negative thoughts that the state is known as the peaceful state. But still we must have to know What gives us meditation?

When my mind is in silence state then,I feel I am in peaceful state.

When I will stop criticizing and giving judgment I would get automatically peace

Peace means when I am out of stress, anger, irritation, pressure, anxiety etc. then my peace is my power. That power cannot disturb with any situation & I can  win the world with  that power

When l talk one sentence outside then we will create 1000 sentence inside, so that it is my choice, how much time i will be in a peaceful state or in a disturbance.?.  

When we are in peace less situation then my energy get drain.. Peace is my power then I can’t get disturbed internally.

 Peace is an integral part of strength and softness. It transfers energy, respect, trust..

Meditate every day at least half an hour. We do not give importance to the meditation As we want easy stimuli like watching TV, chitchatting, gossiping,etc. we think that these things give me peace & happiness but they are giving us outer peace. They distract our mind from our problem for a while but still, emotional pain or problem is in our mind but we think that we get relief from this. Then why we meditate?

4]It avoids laziness and dullness.

6] It gives knowledge to identify you.

7]It increases mind power, tolerance power , concentration, decision making power,

Power to adjust, power to magnify,

8] It overcomes all internal fear,& keeps our health perfect etc.

7]How we get power from exercise like that we get peace from meditation.
